COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

The current Alameda County Public Health Department (ACPHD) strongly recommends that everyone (2 years+) wear a mask, regardless of their vaccination status, while in indoor public settings and businesses that choose to require everyone to mask. In addition, face coverings are required in healthcare settings, jails, public transportation, and schools.

In addition to the previously announced safety protocols listed below, and to comply with the county’s masking requirements, Alameda Health System Foundation is implementing the following protocols for the following event, until further notice:

• All attendees at the Soul of Spring event are required to wear face coverings over the mouth and nose except while actively eating and drinking in designated areas. Face coverings/masks should be snugly fitted and completely cover the nose and mouth. Alameda Health System Foundation will provide disposable masks for any attendees who need one.
• Attendees that are unvaccinated must show a 48-hour PCR test or 24-hour antigen test.

Alameda Health System Foundation is closely monitoring the public health guidance and best practices related to the Covid-19 pandemic. Local rates of Covid-19 cases and vaccination for Covid-19 significantly impact our practices, therefore are subject to modification as indicated. By purchasing a ticket and attending an event, you expressly agree to comply with all local orders and the rules of the Alameda Health System Foundation.

NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY

By purchasing a ticket to the event, you agree to and understand that your person may be captured in photography, audio, and video recordings happening during the event.

By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Alameda Health System Foundation and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos, and/or videos may be used to promote similar Alameda Health System Foundation events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of Alameda Health System Foundation. You release Alameda Health System Foundation, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Alameda Health System Foundation or the person or entity designated to do so by Alameda Health System Foundation.

By purchasing a ticket, you have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
