Fund Established in Memory of Dr. Walter Stullman

Dr. Walter Stullman

The Walter S. Stullman Memorial Fund was established to support and promote excellence in cardiology through the teaching and education of world-class doctors at Highland Hospital.

Dr. Walter Stullman joined Highland Hospital in November 1969 and served as the hospital’s first full-time faculty member in 1970. Personally training more than 1,200 new doctors, he demonstrated the physician model of compassion, dedication, continuous teaching and learning. From 1970 to 2008, he served in medical staff leadership positions, including Chief of Cardiology, and established Highland’s longstanding tradition of training many of the nation’s finest physicians.

Gifts may be made here; please designate the Stullman Memorial Fund when filling out the form. Questions may be directed to David Madson, Director of Leadership and Planned Giving, at dmadson@alamedahealthsystem.org or (510) 271-2517.
