It’s time to celebrate Alameda Health System, (AHS) and attend this year’s signature event, the 29th Annual Gala –A Night of Hope– on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at Casa Real, A Ruby Hill Winery in Pleasanton, CA from 5:30-11:00 p.m. Join our community for an elegant night to remember, united by giving back and called to action.
The evening will feature a lively reception, live and silent auction, seated dinner and awards program honoring our health care heroes of the year.
Proceeds from A Night of Hope go towards programs such as The Sexual Assault Response and Recovery Team (SARRT). SARRT is a 24-hour lifeline at Highland Hospital that currently serves 700+ domestic violence and sexual assault survivors a year. A large portion of SARRT patients are women who are either in an abusive relationship, a victim of sexual assault, or a sex trafficking victim ranging in age from 14 to 86. This program helps survivors who are going through a time of crisis by offering quality care and a safe space to be heard. SARRT provides medical, legal, housing, and financial support to strengthen survivor’s ability to affect change and break the cycle of violence.
This is a 21 and over event.
