Join us for an inspirational evening in honor of the connections and partnerships of Alameda Health System and the Foundation that unite patients, families, health care teams, and community services.
Presented by our major sponsor, Traditions Behavioral Health, this year’s affair–Connect–will be held Saturday, June 2, 2018 at UC Berkeley’s Pauley Ballroom from 6-11pm. The evening will feature a lively reception, live and silent auction, seated dinner and awards program.
We will be honoring our Healthcare Heroes of the year and Congresswoman Barbara Lee for her 20th year in Congress.
Proceeds from Connect will help support efforts that break down barriers to good health such as the Health Advocates program. Leveraging the skills of community volunteers to address social determinants of health, this volunteer-based and client-focused program connects patients to vital resources in order to achieve long-term wellness. Designated funds from the event will help Health Advocates enhance its level of service and deepen its reach into Alameda County.
This is a 21 and over event.
